Who we are
Ludlow Art Consultancy Limited is responsible for the personal information we collect through this website and initial enquiries. Our registered office is The Benhams, Newbury Street, Hungerford, RG17 7JN, United Kingdom. Contact us at jono12378@gmail.com.
What we collect and why
When you contact us, we receive the details you provide: your name, email, enquiry and, if supplied, phone number and time zone. We use these to respond, understand what you need and discuss working together. Please do not send sensitive documents through the initial enquiry form.
We rely on our legitimate interests in responding to general enquiries and running our business. Where you ask us to prepare a service proposal, we use your information to take steps towards a contract at your request. We do not use enquiry details for marketing without separate consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
Website information
Squarespace hosts this website and processes technical information such as IP address, browser and device details. Optional analytics help us understand site use when you consent. Our Cookie Policy explains your choices.
Who receives information
Information is available to the LAC team members who need it to handle your enquiry, and to providers supporting our website and email, including Squarespace and Google. We may share information where required by law. We do not sell enquiry details.
Our providers may process information outside the UK. Their privacy information describes their processing locations and safeguards: Squarespace and Google. If a proposed service requires sharing information with a specialist, we will explain this when agreeing the work.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries that do not become client engagements for six months, then delete them. If we begin working together, we will explain the record-keeping arrangements for that engagement separately. Records needed for a legal obligation or dispute may need to be kept longer.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, restrict its use, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Data portability applies in certain circumstances. These rights have legal limits. Contact us using the email above to make a request.
You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. We would welcome the chance to address your concern first.
Changes to this notice
We will update this page if the way we handle website enquiries changes.
